Information for Applicants

This information is provided in accordance with art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 “Code for the Protection of Personal Data” (“Privacy Code”) and subsequent amendments, as well as in accordance with the provisions of EU Regulation 2016/679 (“GDPR”), subject of course to all the additions and changes that may be necessary as a result of national and European legislative interventions as well as the issuance of measures and guidelines by the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data and other national and European authorities in the field of privacy.

1. Contact details of the data controller
The Data Controller of the data collected through this website, for the purposes listed below, is the Company Tecnologie Meccaniche Spa with registered office in – Via Trapani, 1 – 00041 Albano Laziale (Rm) – P.I. 01894591005. In order to exercise his/her rights, the interested party may contact the Controller by registered letter with return receipt to the address of the registered office, or by email to direzione@tecnologiemeccaniche.com

2. Purposes of the treatment and legal basis.
Your personal data will be processed exclusively for the purpose of evaluating your application for the possible future establishment of a working relationship or other form of employment with the Company.
The treatment is therefore necessary for the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at your request and is mandatory and essential by law and / or for the execution of the contract with the result that your refusal to provide them would preclude the Company the possibility of evaluating your application.
In the phase of recruitment and selection of personnel, the Company does not normally need to collect “sensitive” data or special data as defined in art. 9 GDPR, therefore, we ask you to include in the curriculum only the essential data to assess your application and to abstain from indicating such information, unless you believe that they are necessary for a better classification of your position, in particular in relation to membership of protected categories. In this case, it is necessary that in accordance with the legislation in force you expressly authorize, by means of a “Declaration of authorization to the processing of personal data” placed at the bottom of your CV, the processing of sensitive data for the purposes of selection indicated therein. In the absence of such authorization, which is necessary in order to grant you the consequent benefits of the Law if you belong to protected categories, your application will not be evaluated and the information will be immediately deleted.

3. Processing Modalities
The processing of personal data will be done through manual, computerized or telematic tools, suitable in any case to ensure the security and confidentiality by the exclusive use of qualified personnel, trained and responsible for human resources management.

4. Period of conservation
The data will be kept for a maximum period of 2 years after you submit your curriculum or from the date of the last update of the same that you have communicated to us, unless you have expressed your consent to the conservation for future selections.

5. Possible recipients and categories of recipients of your data
The data may be disclosed to employees and collaborators of the Company who, as data processors, work in the Human Resources Department and/or in the departments interested in your application and may process your data in accordance with the instructions given by the Company.

6. Rights of the interested party
You, as a Interested Party, will have the possibility to enforce against the Company all the rights recognized and guaranteed by art. 7 et seq. of the Privacy Code, in relation to processing activities involving your personal data.
Also in accordance with the new provisions of the GDPR, you will have in particular the right to obtain at any time:
a) confirmation about the existence or absence of processing of personal data concerning you and, if affermative, to obtain access to the personal data as well as information on the categories of personal data processed, on the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data are or will be communicated, on the expected storage period, on the existence of the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, on the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, on the existence of an automated decision-making process, including profiling.
b) the immediate rectification of inaccurate personal data and the integration of incomplete personal data;
c) the immediate cancellation of personal data concerning you when consent is withdrawn, are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed or the legal basis for processing has ceased to exist, have been processed unlawfully or this obligation is imposed by law or by the judicial authorities
d) the limitation of the processing of personal data concerning you if you contest the accuracy of the data or the processing is unlawful or, although the Company no longer needs the data for processing purposes, the personal data are nevertheless necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
e) personal data concerning you provided to the Company in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another data controller without hindrance by the Company, if the processing is effected by automated means. If technically feasible, you also have the right to obtain the direct transmission of your personal data from the Company to another data controller;
f) revocation of the consent given for the processing of sensitive data. In addition to the above rights, you always have the right to submit a complaint for any matter concerning the processing of your personal data to the Italian Data Protection Authority.
The aforementioned rights can be enforced by sending a written request or via e-mail to the Company using the contacts provided in point 1 of this information sheet.
The company will inform you, requesting specific consent, if it intends to further process the data you have provided for a purpose different from that for which they were collected.
