The SI-LED can reproduce up to 6 symbols in different product configurations, the modular architecture consisting of LED modules, power supply modules and control modules allows to realize all the necessary combinations. All modules are enclosed in a thermoplastic housing equipped with a satin-finish anti-glare front panel and a control system conforming to FS 857-90/E drawings.
The device is compatible to be used along with amperometric relays (external to the device).
The SI-LED is capable of reliably checking the integrity of the LEDs comprising the various aspects and of switching off the symbol if the number of LEDs failing is such that the symbol cannot be correctly identified.
The SI-LED is a device approved by Rete Ferroviaria Italiana and classified as SIL4 according to CENELEC EN 50128 and EN 50129.
It complies with RFI specification DTCDNSSS SF IS 03 764 A.
